Vegan Flapjack

This is one of my favourite sweet treats of all time! Flapjack is one of those things that is super easy to veganise, so here is my take on it.


225g of vegan margarine

275g of demerara sugar

2 tablespoons of golden syrup

275g of rolled oats



  1. pre heat oven to 160c
  2. put butter, sugar and syrup in hot pan and stir until contents melted.
  3. remove from heat and add oats.
  4. place in tin and spread evenly
  5. leave to cook for 35 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
