With a heavy fuzzy bassline, Nirvana-like chords and peaceful harmonies, Ty Segall have birthed a spectacular track.
Though it may differ from Ty Segall’s previous ecstatic, experimental lo-fi sound, ‘Pan’ is equally as satisfying on the ears. It combines a chilled out and edgy aesthetic, resulting in a delightful down-tempo garage rock anthem.
The lyrics comprehend a mix of separation, sadness and freedom “I don’t want to fly with you no more”, and melodically ‘Pan’ is a comforting listen which contains a unique blend of relaxation and old school rock n roll.
